"americans and food"

I agree with this report, I remember growing up my grandfather would eat liver and onions 3 times a week. I've never seen liver sold in a store these days. As our country changes and grows mixing with new cultures everyday, simply eating a taco now would've seemed ridiculous in the 50's. But as our diversity grows so does our pallet for different tastes of exotic foods. And as more and more families are having both parents working, fast food makes life a lot easier. Whether you're getting fried chicken or stopping for Chinese food, there are plenty of options available to us now thanks to technology and America's need for convenience.
